About topics

On meeting section there should be opened a new thread about future plans, i think.
Now there is a Alsace thread and under that there is US topic too.
Ordinary user can not open new thread

I would like that on Club house there will be introduction message under headline. For example:

General discussion
here you can speak about anything, as long this is connected the discussion about the EMTC itself

Jabber corner
For chat and jabbering about everthing

or smth like that. haven't thought about correct messages yet. But these messages can be put there only by admin i think!
